Combo Upsell ("the App") provides a one-click post-purchase upsell, a slide cart drawer with free shipping bar, and an add-to-cart upsell popup to merchants who use Shopify. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App.
When you install the App, we automatically access certain types of information from your Shopify account that the App needs to function: your store name, email, domain, currency and time zone, plus the store data covered by the permissions you approve during installation. The App does not store customer personal data. To show a post-purchase offer it receives the purchased products and order total from Shopify and stores anonymous, aggregated statistics (views, accepted/declined offers, verified revenue) together with Shopify checkout reference ID to avoid counting the same checkout twice.
We use the information solely to provide and improve the App: rendering your storefront widgets, showing analytics in your dashboard, and providing support. We do not sell personal information.
When you uninstall the App, we delete your store data within 48 hours of receiving Shopify's shop/redact request. Customer data is deleted upon Shopify's customers/redact request.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that it be corrected, updated, or deleted. Contact us to exercise these rights.
